URS acquires engineering firm ForeRunner

<div id="subtitle">URS buys engineering and construction management co. ForeRunner, financial terms undisclosed</div><div><p>URS Corp., an engineering and construction company, said Monday it acquired ForeRunner Corp., an engineering and construction management company specializing in oil and gas industry projects.</p><p>Financial terms were not disclosed.</p><p>ForeRunner, based in Lakewood, Colo., designs and constructs oil and gas production and storage facilities, processing plants, refineries and other infrastructure.</p><p>San Francisco-based URS operates three divisions, its URS Division, the EG&amp;G Division and the Washington Division.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=61998098&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
